Background
A U.S. client sourcing products from several factories across China, with goods spread across Dongguan, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. With the peak sales season approaching and urgent replenishment needed, the client had to gather all scattered cargo quickly and ship it to the U.S. by air.

The Client's Challenges

  • Goods were scattered across multiple factories, each shipping only small volumes. With urgent deadlines, the client couldn't wait for slow sea consolidation — air freight was the only option.

  • Multiple shipments meant multiple customs declarations, multiple bills of lading and multiple air waybills — heavy, time-consuming paperwork the client simply couldn't handle.

  • The client's biggest fear was shipping before all cargo was complete, missing a piece, or missing the sales window entirely — wasting a costly air shipment.

How We Solved It

  • We confirmed pickup order, cargo lists and cutoff times with each factory in advance, and dispatched trucks to collect everything in person — assembling all scattered cargo in one operation without missing the air space.

  • All goods were consolidated at our warehouse, counted and verified by SKU, repacked and reinforced where needed, and the volume/weight was controlled to avoid inflated air freight charges.

  • We merged the goods from multiple factories into a single shipment, prepared one set of air waybills and export documents, and shipped it out by air in one go, with the full transit time under control.

Results & Key Numbers

  • Multiple small lots merged into 1 single air shipment, with documentation simplified from multiple sets to one.

  • The client's sales deadline was met — cargo arrived on time, with no missing pieces or delays.

  • The client went from chasing several factories to one single point of contact, saving time and effort.
