Q2: What's the difference between air freight and express? 
A: Express is door-to-door for small parcels with the fastest transit (2–7 days). Air freight suits larger shipments (45kg+), costs less per kilo, and can be airport-to-airport or door-to-door.

Q3: How is the cost calculated? 
A: Charges are based on the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight (L×W×H cm ÷ 6000). We always provide a full, transparent quote.

Q4: Are there any hidden fees? 
A: Our quotes are all-inclusive where stated. Fuel, security, remote-area, or oversized surcharges are confirmed with you upfront — no surprise charges later.

Q5: How can I track my shipment? 
A: You'll receive a tracking number and can check real-time status online from pickup to final delivery.

Q6: What documents are required? 
A: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Air Waybill (AWB) are essential. Certificates like CE, FDA, or Certificate of Origin may be needed for certain goods — we'll guide you.

Q7: What if my goods are damaged or lost? 
A: We offer optional cargo insurance covering the full declared value. We recommend insurance for high-value goods.
